Profile & Security

Your Profile is your personal identity within the Sevenledger ecosystem. Whether you need to fix a typo in your name or secure your account with a fresh password, this is your personal control center.

To access these settings, click on the Profile.

Updating Personal Information

The Profile tab allows you to manage the basic details visible to your team members.

Edit Details

• Name Fields: Update your First Name, Middle Name, and Last Name to ensure reports and logs reflect your correct identity.
• Email: Your email address is your unique login ID (user@email.com). For security reasons, this field is locked and cannot be changed directly. If you need to update your email, please contact your workspace administrator.

Save Changes

Click the Update Profile button to save your changes instantly.

Changing Your Password

Regularly updating your password is the first line of defense against unauthorized access. Navigate to the Change Password tab to update your credentials.

Verify Identity

• Old Password: You must enter your current password first to prove it is really you making the change.

Set New Credentials

• New Password: Enter your new, secure password.
• Visibility Toggle: Click the Eye Icon (Ø) on the right side of the input field to reveal the text and ensure you haven’t made any typos.

Confirm Update

Click Update your password. The change is immediate—you may be asked to log in again with your new credentials.
