Themes (Home Page Customization)
Your Home Page is your digital shop window. It’s the first thing customers see, and you only have a few seconds to make a lasting impression.
The Customize Home Page section allows you to manage the specific “building blocks” of your storefront—from the announcement bar at the very top to the footer at the very bottom—without needing to touch a line of code.
To access this editor, navigate to Online Store > Themes > Customize Home Page.
1. Announcement Banners
This is the thin, attention-grabbing strip at the very top of your site. It’s perfect for broadcasting urgent info like “Free Shipping” or “Flash Sales.”
Adding a Banner
Click on the Announcement Banners tab.
- Title: Enter the text you want customers to see (e.g., “New Year Deals! Upto 26% off”).
- Link: Make the banner clickable by adding a URL (e.g., sending them directly to your
/hot-dealspage). - Background Color: Choose a color that stands out against your header (e.g., black or bright red).
- Sequential Order: If you have multiple banners, use this number to decide which one appears first.
2. Hero Carousel
The “Hero” section is the large, visual banner that dominates the screen when a user lands on your site. This is your prime real estate for storytelling.
Configuring Your Slides
Click on the Hero Carousel Section tab.
- Title & Description: Add a compelling headline (e.g., “Hoodies for People Who Say ‘Just One More Episode’ at 4AM”).
- Call to Action (Button):
- Button Text: What should the button say? (e.g., “Shop Anime Hoodies”).
- Button Link: Where should it take them? Paste the category URL here.
- Visuals:
- Upload Image: Drag and drop a high-quality banner image (Recommended size: approx 1920x600px, max 10MB).
Sevenledger Tip: Don’t let your carousel get too crowded. 3-5 slides is the “Goldilocks zone”—enough to show variety, but not so many that users stop clicking.
3. Features & Brands
Build trust (Social Proof) by showing off your partners and your key value propositions.
Our Features
Navigate to Our Features Section.
- Use this area to highlight distinct benefits, such as “24/7 Support,” “Made in Nepal,” or “Organic Materials.”
- Sequential Order: Control the flow of information by numbering your features (1, 2, 3…).
Brands Section
Navigate to Brands Section.
- Upload logos of brands you stock or media outlets that have featured you.
- Feature Image: Upload the logo file here.
4. The Footer
The Footer is the anchor of your website. Unlike the other sections which use simple forms, the Footer uses the Visual Builder (similar to the Pages module), giving you complete freedom over the layout.
Customizing the Layout
Click on the Footer tab to enter the editor.
- Logo & Bio: Drag an Image block to add your logo, and a Text block to add a short trust statement (e.g., “We are trusted provider of custom printed apparel…”).
- Navigation Columns: Create columns for “Explore” and “Connect.”
- Use Text Links to guide users to “Shop Now” or “Contact Us” pages.
- Contact Info: Clearly display your support number and email address (
wearyaki@gmail.com) so customers feel safe buying from you.
Styling
Just like in the Page Builder, you can use the Style Manager (Paintbrush Icon) to adjust background colors, padding, and font sizes to ensure your footer matches your brand identity perfectly.
